2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

  • Event listings must be related to mind-body-spirit wellness.
  • The following content is strictly prohibited:

    • Multi-level marketing schemes
    • Misleading or fraudulent event descriptions
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their event complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription Fee: $25/month (cancel anytime).
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations followStripe’s default policies.
  • No refunds are provided for subscription payments.

4. Event Listings and Refunds

  • Vibetribe.io is not responsible for any event disputes between hosts and attendees.
  • Event organizers handle their own ticket sales, refunds, and cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to remove events that violate these Terms.

5. Platform Liability

  • Vibetribe.io only provides a platform and does not endorse or verify events or hosts.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from attending or hosting events.
  • Users must exercise caution and due diligence when interacting with others on the platform.

6. Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely handled by Stripe, and Stripe’s terms and conditions apply.
  • At present, Vibetribe.io does not take a commission on event ticket sales.

7. Content Ownership and Moderation

  • Event organizers own their content but grant Vibetribe.io a license to display and promote it.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies without prior notice.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We collect user data for analytics and marketing purposes.
  • By signing up, you agree to receive email notifications about your subscription and platform updates.
  • Our full Privacy Policy outlines how we store and use your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in UK courts.
