Our Story

Orchard Park is a 20-acre ELC site on land attached to Netherton Farm, Cornwall — two fields. Plot 1 (3.7 acres) has been listed. Businesses linked on the network site include Trelowen Flowers. A site manager has looked after land between steward cohorts. This is a bare-field / attached-farm cluster in the ELC model: apply as a steward, live under an agricultural tie once planning is in place, share the co-op’s infrastructure plan.
