Our Story

Furzehill (also called Furzehill Green) is 17.85 acres in four fields on the Gower peninsula, South Wales, bought December 2017. Plot 1 (5.5 acres) has been advertised. The 2024–25 ELC report lists three plots: Cae Tan CSA (non-residential), The Rowan Tree, and Ceridwen Farm. The two residential holdings sit under Wales’s One Planet Development policy rather than an English agricultural tie. This is a working cluster on Gower, not a holiday site.
